We also run an execise class for those with or at risk of Lymphoedema. The classes are 2-3pm in the Spectrum Centre Inverness and run March,April May and September October November. Fun gentle exercise to music.

Ruby Celebration

In 1982 there was no local support

group for those affected by Breast cancer

so after discussions between

ex patients, consultants and nursing

staff a self help group called the

Inverness Mastectomy Association

was formed, then in 1996 becoming

Highland Breast Care Association .

To celebrate 40 years of support we are

having High Tea at the Redcliffe Hotel

1 Gordon Terrace, Inverness IV2 3HD

The charge is £10 per head for the meal
